At Wearify, we ensure all products are quality-checked before dispatch. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. No Returns for Preference-Based Reasons
As a fashion and apparel brand, Wearify does not offer returns or refunds for personal preference reasons, including but not limited to:
• Size or fitting issues
• Color variation due to screen resolution or lighting
• Change of mind after placing the order
Customers are advised to carefully review the size chart, product description, and images before ordering.

2. Returns Allowed Only for Defective or Incorrect Products
In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
• Product received is physically damaged
• Product received is manufacturing defective
• Product received is incorrect (wrong item sent)
No other reason will be considered.

3. Mandatory Proof Requirement
To raise a valid claim:
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• A clear unboxing video (without pause, cut, or edit) is mandatory
• The original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
Claims raised without proper proof will not be entertained.

4. Inspection & Approval
• All claims are subject to internal quality inspection
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and not altered
• If the product fails inspection, the request will be rejected and shipped back
Wearify reserves the right to approve or deny any request based on verification.

5. Refund & Replacement Terms
• Approved cases will be resolved by replacement or store credit, at Wearify’s discretion
• Monetary refunds will be issued only if replacement is not possible
• Shipping, COD, and handling charges are non-refundable
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are permitted only for approved defective or incorrect products
• Size exchanges are not guaranteed and subject to availability
• Exchange is allowed once per order only

7. Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once shipped, no cancellation requests will be accepted

8. Sale & Discounted Products
Products purchased during sales, offers, or promotional discounts are:
• Non-returnable
• Eligible only for replacement in case of manufacturing defect or wrong item

9. Misuse & Abuse Prevention
Wearify reserves the right to:
• Reject repeated or suspicious claims
• Block accounts with excessive return attempts
• Cancel future orders without prior notice

10. Jurisdiction & Final Authority
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
Decisions made by Wearify regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges shall be final, in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
